UDHYOG AADHAAR REGISTRATION

1. What is Udhyog Aadhaar Registration?

Every business registered in India is provided certain benefits by the government of India based on its classification in the type of entity it is i.e Small, Medium or Micro. When you register a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise, you will get an Udhyog Aadhaar certificate (provisional or permanent). If the business already has SSI Registration it need not to get Udhyog Aadhaar Registration

This Udhyog Aadhaar certificate helps you enjoy various benefits like priority sector lending (you get loans easily), differential rates of interest (you pay lesser interest on loans), various exemption under tax laws, get environmental clearances, etc. When you are about to start your Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise, you should apply for a Provisional Registration. Once you are given the Provisional Certificate and you start production you can apply for a Permanent Certificate, which opens up more benefits for you. It may not be compulsory to register your Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise, but it is definitely what you’d want to do. It will provide you many government benefits and schemes eligibility.

2.Requirements for Getting Udhyog Aadhaar Registration?

  1. Submission of Application- An application is submitted to Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India.
  2. Submitting Documents- The next step is to submit Requisite Documents to Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises , Government of India.

3. Documents Required?

  1. Aadhar Card of Applicant.
  2. PAN Card of The Applicant
  3. Pan Card of Enterprises (If Applicable)
  4. MOA for Company, Partnership Deed for Partnership, Other as Applicable.
  5. Address Proof of Applicant.
  6. Latest Bank Account Statement Copy.

4.Time Required for Obtaining Udhyog Aadhaar Registration?
