Mr. Amit Baxi is the co-founder of BCACS Private Ltd, a well- known figure in Professional, trade and industrial circles. He is been in the profession of Company Secretary from past 20 years and posses a very rich experience and specializes in consulting Corporate and Security Laws, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and tax related matters He also brings wide expertise in the Incorporation, Legal and compliance related matters. At present BCACS has a distinguished track record of service to several leading organizations. 

Academics- Other than being a Company Secretary, he has also been two times Gold Medalist, once in B.Com. (Hons.) and other in LL.B. He also possesses other significant qualifications such as Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management. 

Mrs. Ira Baxi, the co-founder of BCACS Private Ltd, has the role of providing expert counsel to client companies in company law, labour law, SEBI Regulations, FEMA compliances, RBI compliances, Tax dispute resolution, Search and Seizure Cases. She also has been providing her services in this field from past 20 years. Her experience also includes advising on transaction structuring including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructuring, capital restructuring, foreign investment consulting, technical collaborations, cross border taxation, contract structuring and negotiations. Her skills and competence are being the strength of this organization. 

Academics- Other than being a Company Secretary, she earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science with first class. Other than that she also possesses a Post Graduate diploma in Marketing & Management (PGDMSM).
